This is a video of Alice Sparks performing on of the four basic kicks that we need to learn) Aka- A front kick.

Here is another video of Alice but instead this time she is doing a round kick.

    Hi Abbie,
    I work with Mr Hooper helping to organise the student blogs. I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your learning with us! It's great to see what you've been up to in Battlefit. It would be helpful for you and Mr Hooper if you label your blogs too, so when you're creating a new post, you just go to the labels box on the right hand side and type in Battlefit (or click on it if it's already there). This would mean you could filter all your posts later to just show the Battlefit ones. Keep up the great blogging!
